Job Description An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management all through one point of contact. Responsibilities Looking after a boutique portfolio of Commercial & Industrial assets for one client, you will be based at a busy shopping centre in the heart of Burwood. This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of this portfolio on behalf of our client. The main responsibilities of this role include: Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolioBuilding and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assetsAssist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy levelPreparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentationProactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements for the clientSupervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectivesCommunicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the propertyTeam management of full time Administration Manager. Qualifications 8 years’ experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminologyNSW Real Estate Certificate or LicenceStrong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trendsStrong Excel skillsPrevious use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regardedStrong organisational and negotiation skillsAbility to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highly team orientated environmentStrong attention to detail Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
