Job summary: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $16 - $33 per hour We’re looking for a Barista and All-Rounder, somebody who has a passion for providing top-tier customer service to our valued customers at all our stores. Customer service– be the face of our business. Meet/greet customers and take orders in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring to provide a positive customer experience. Assist with restocking supplies on a daily basis, or as required General assistance in the kitchen Assist with daily end-of-day clean. Pitch in and help other team members, where needed You must be available to work between Monday – Sunday between 6:00am – 4:00pm. About you You have previous experience working in restaurants or take-away businesses or have a genuine passion for food and coffee! You have previous experience working with specialty coffee. You have outstanding customer service skills and positive attitude to assisting customers, always going the extra mile. Your communication skills are strong and are confident. You’re able to take initiative, multi-task and to work well under pressure. You’re a team player and have a can-do attitude. You have a strong understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.
