Meal Preparation and Cooking: - Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Create new recipes and contribute to menu development, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements. 2. Kitchen Management: - Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner. - Assist in ordering, inventory management, and procurement of kitchen supplies. 3. Food Safety and Hygiene: - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. - Properly store food items and maintain organized workstations. 4. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and teamwork. - Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding menu specials and dietary restrictions of guests. 5. Quality Control: - Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks of prepared dishes. - Monitor and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies. 6.
