The Sales & Marketing Manager is an integral role within the senior management team of MAAS Group Residential Real Estate. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead and empower the team to achieve strategic business objectives, sales targets, and professional development goals. Manage recruitment, performance, and line management for direct reports. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a scalable sales distribution strategy with standardized processes, supporting increased sales volumes and lead generation. Contribute to product/service design aligned with market strategy and targeted segments. Customer Experience & Engagement: Enhance customer experiences through proactive communication and engagement, managing customer service standards and regularly evaluating customer feedback. Financial & Operational Oversight: Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor operational milestones and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvements. Brand & Market Positioning: Safeguard the brand’s integrity, service, and quality, performing market and competitor analysis to support sales, marketing campaigns, and value appraisals. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisors, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes across teams and projects. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and manage business risks, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and industry regulations. Stay updated on property market trends, government policies, and legislation. Asset & Platform Management: Oversee the quality presentation of estates, homes, and marketing platforms (websites, social media), ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand standards. Essential Requirements: Industry Experience & Expertise: Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry, ideally with qualifications in residential sales, marketing, or property development. Strong understanding of contract of sale processes, legislation, land use planning, development approvals, and home construction. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to translate deep industry knowledge into effective strategy implementation. Strong business, legal, and financial acumen with demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities, analysing markets, forecasting, and driving sales performance. Leadership & Culture: A proactive, enthusiastic leader with a strong focus on culture, team development, and high performance. Experienced in leading, mentoring, and integrating high-performing teams with a customer and results-driven mindset. Marketing, Technology & Innovation: Skilled in digital and traditional marketing strategies for property development. Confident in leveraging social media and CRM platforms such as Framework, Property Shell, Estate Master, HubSpot, and Office 365. Tech-savvy with a creative, lateral-thinking mindset. Professionalism & Personal Attributes: Energetic, adaptable, and ambitious, with a long-term career mindset. Professionally presented, camera-confident, and comfortable representing the business. Excellent communication, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills with a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
