We are looking for an experienced and ambitious property development analyst with proven success providing advanced financial modelling and analysis of project feasibilities, budgets and cashflows management. The development analyst is an integral role within the land development team to support the growth strategy of MAAS Residential Real Estate. The role is an action-orientated leader, and a proactive communicator of detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decisions that achieve business objectives Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support the delivery of strategic land development objectives through financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and reporting using tools like ARGUS Estate Master and Excel. Prepare and analyse project budgets, cashflows, forecasts, and KPIs, including risk and sensitivity assessments to support investment decisions. Coordinate and maintain accurate project performance data, ensuring alignment across accounting and development teams. Provide regular reporting on project performance, milestones, financials, and operational impacts for internal stakeholders. Assist with due diligence, research, and acquisition assessments for new development opportunities. Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting scalable systems and efficient workflows. Contribute to ongoing risk management, compliance, and the promotion of brand integrity and quality Essential Requirements: A self-motivated, analytical professional with a strong interest in property and a passion for high-quality work. Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, accounting, or similar, with 5 years’ experience in property development, valuations, or advisory roles. Advanced skills in financial modelling and feasibility analysis using ARGUS Estate Master (DF, DM, CC) and Microsoft Excel. Proven ability to research, interpret, and present market data to support commercial decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
