Your part in The Wesley Hospital team As the front face of our busy Outpatient Allied Health Centre, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team, providing a tailored service through administrative support, and delivering high level customer service to patients and their loved ones. Key duties and responsibilities will include: Liaising with patients on behalf of the Allied Health and Visiting Medical Practitioners Answering incoming calls and aiding as required Scheduling appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments Conducting health fund checks, invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently Access, prepare, file and return medical charts as specific to the unit and program Coordination of room bookings for Allied Health appointments and programs for patients Casual position. Ideally seeking those with flexibility to work across Monday - Friday, between hours 7am – 4.30pm, as required. No weekend shifts available. What makes a difference for us?
