About The Opportunity Some of your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service and expert styling advice to brides Assisting with buying for new season collections Assisting with fittings, pinning, and offering guidance on body types and style Lead and inspire a team of retail stylists to ensure consistently high service standards Collaborate within a small, close-knit team to achieve store performance and success. Oversee back-of-house operations, including administrative and organisational tasks as required. About You The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated sales experience with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets Previous experience in a management or leadership role. Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to consistently meet monthly goals Background in bridal or fashion retail, or a strong passion for developing a career in the bridal industry Solid understanding of body shapes, styling principles, and garment construction You will also have: Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work collaboratively within a small team Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities Availability for some Thursday evenings and Saturday shifts What's in it for You?
