Bottom of the Harbour, one of Mosman’s most iconic seafood destinations, is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy venue. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising front-of-house retail staff to ensure smooth service. Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Driving sales performance while maintaining excellent product presentation. Training, rostering, and mentoring team members to achieve service excellence. Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements where needed. Managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Upholding workplace health and safety and food safety requirements. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role (hospitality experience highly regarded). Strong organisational and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume trade. Solid knowledge of stock management and financial reporting.
