About the role Lead the charge on smoking and vaping cessation at St Vincent’s Hospital. In this hands-on education and clinical support role, you will: Design and deliver group programs, one-to-one interventions and educational resources. Train and support staff on nicotine replacement therapies and best-practice cessation strategies. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to improve impact and compliance. Act as a clinical resource, keeping policies aligned with the latest evidence. Champion hospital-wide smoke-free and cessation initiatives. About you You’re passionate about improving health outcomes and helping people quit smoking and vaping. You bring: Tertiary qualifications in health, counselling, psychology, nursing or a related field. Demonstrated experience in tobacco or nicotine vaping cessation and brief interventions. Strong communication, training and data-analysis skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
