About you: In your new role you will: Provides expert advice and leadership that influences contemporary nursing and midwifery practice and health care delivery across the CHHHS and ensures the establishment of a competent and sustainable nursing and midwifery workforce. Lead nursing and midwifery workforce development across the CHHHS to ensure safe, effective and contemporary care is delivered to clients and their families. Work with the Nursing Director of Education and Research and the Nursing Director of Professional Practice and Clinical Standards, to foster a culture of safety and quality and assist in the development of responsive strategic and operational action plans.
