About the role Provides routine discipline specific therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive services to people experiencing mental illness/substance misuse issues with a focus on providing advice and support to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness Continued Care Service (CCS) offers community-based mental health assessment and treatment for individuals and their support networks. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licence.
