If you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you the rest! Why You’ll Love This Role The pay is good! From $32.62 - $37.91/hour and that’s just your base! We pay overtime rates and super on top! (Penalties (overtime rates) are: 1.5 X rate after 8hrs and 2 x rate after 10. Full-time, Monday to Friday (5am–3/5pm) paid overtime Saturday mornings No two days are the same – you will be helping cover both Innisfail and Tully concrete plants. We will get you your tickets! Learn concrete batching, plant operations, scheduling & logistics Career growth in a booming industry What You’ll Be Doing Safely batch concrete for agitator trucks Operate front-end loader (no ticket? We’ll help!) Use computer systems to manage orders Keep the yard tidy and organised Chat with customers and place orders Occasionally drive HR trucks (we’ll help you get licensed!)
