This role is primarily focused on maintaining a strong security presence while remaining vigilant and attentive at all times. Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct weighbridge operation and vehicle checks Visitor and contractor access register control Locking and unlocking of premises Respond to emergency incidents on site Monitor and respond to Alarms Induct regular visitors and contractors prior to site entry Monitor CCTV cameras Use computer systems and maintain databases as required Environmental Management and spill response Skills & Experience Current QLD Security License – unarmed as a minimum (must be willing to obtain) Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations – (must be willing to obtain) QLD drivers’ license Current First Aid certificate Current CPR certificate Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or license, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
