They now seek an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month contract, with a strong prospect of transitioning into a permanent role. The Position:Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will provide hands-on HR expertise and play a pivotal role in advancing the organisation’s people strategy. Partnering with leaders across the business, you will support the delivery of HR initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, compliance, and high performance. Key areas of responsibility include:Employee relations and workplace complianceRecruitment, onboarding, and talent managementWorkforce wellbeing and engagementContinuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes This is a broad and impactful role, suited to someone who enjoys both strategic input and operational delivery. About You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:5 years’ experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles, with broad generalist expertiseStrong technology skills, with experience using Employment Hero (highly desirable) or similar HRIS platformsTertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (desirable)A collaborative, proactive style and the ability to build trust quickly across the organisation What’s on Offer:This is a part-time (0.8 FTE) position, based in Parkville with free parking and excellent public transport access. The package offers an FTE salary of $105K superannuation. The initial contract is for 12 months, with strong potential to transition to a permanent appointment. The role requires a short-notice start (ideally). Hybrid work arrangements (1 day WFH) will be available following an initial office-based settling-in period.
