Your responsibilities will include: Providing professional and timely service and support to distributors Placing factory orders for the Manitou and Distribution Sales range of products Ensuring accurate data entry for machine record keeping Timely invoicing of customers Ensuring warranty registration Facilitating and supporting the end-to-end process within the Distribution Sales team Providing support for the order management processes as required About You: You will be process driven, have great attention to detail and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment. Your effective communication skills, ability to manage the expectations of a range of stakeholders, and solve problems by thinking outside the square will set you up for success in this role.
