Commercial Analyst FP&A and investment analysis Accounting background for forward looking finance Newly created permanent position The Company Established financial services company in the CBD close to all public transport, end of trip facilities and excellent lunch options Short summary The CFO needs an experienced commercial analyst from an accounting background to drive operational business partnering The Role This is a newly created permanent position in the finance team to direct work at FP&A, investment decisions and forward looking financial acumen. Day to day work will include: Administration of new business operations Analysis of current and future business operations Reporting on financial models for commercial application of operations FP&A support for the management accounting function Financial modelling for ‘what if’ scenarios Your prior work will be audit, investment banking or similar whilst doing your CA/CPA qualifications with a solid grounding in accounting and then a move into analysis for FP&A accounting teams. Your Profile You are an ambitious accounting talent who understands that 75% of the work you do is admin and heavy lifting and the reason you do it is because the 25% is exciting and business changing.
