Job Description Project Manager – Technical Services Turner & Townsend is seeking a technically strong Project Manager to join our Building/Technical Services team. This role is ideal for someone mid-career (10 years’ experience) who has delivered complex data center/live environment projects and is ready to take the next step—joining a global, tier-one project management consultancy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of technical building services projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical, mechanical and controls systems. Manage the delivery of MEP projects in live, operational environments. Plan and oversee works with a focus on safety, quality, and performance outcomes. Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and change control processes. Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages. Support procurement activities and tender evaluations. Contribute to internal processes, financial management, and quality assurance. Develop and grow Turner & Townsend’s technical services offering across client portfolios.
