As a Senior Marketing Consultant – Content, you’ll play a key role in inspiring socially aware Australians to use their money as a force for good. Working across the Bank Australia and Qudos Bank brands, you’ll lead the creation of compelling content that builds genuine connection, drives engagement, and grows brand awareness. From blogs and social media to video and newsletters, you’ll take ideas from concept to execution—always guided by data, strategy, and purpose. What you will be doing Plan, manage and execute content calendars across all owned channels for Bank Australia and Qudos Bank Create engaging written, visual and video content for blogs, social media, newsletters, digital screens, and more Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver content aligned with brand strategy and values Interview staff, customers and partners to uncover compelling stories, and appear on camera where needed Lead organic social media management and community engagement, including monitoring and responding across platforms Support the contact centre with social media customer service and help manage reputational issues Track and report on content performance, using insights to refine and improve future content Contribute to annual marketing planning and impact reporting, and support out-of-hours content needs on a rotating basis What you will bring Strong experience in content marketing, copywriting, video production or social media Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital UX or content production, or equivalent professional experience Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across multiple brand identities Strong content planning and storytelling capabilities, with a focus on engagement and impact Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro) Experience using project and social media management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Emplifi, Sprout) Skilled in data analysis and reporting to refine content performance and strategy Effective community management with a balance of brand awareness and customer service Creative, organised and agile, with the ability to respond quickly to trends and opportunities Strong mentoring, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
