As a Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey and accelerating commercial outcomes through lifecycle marketing, campaign management, and subscriber growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from coordination to execution, contributing to the performance on projects and collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, brand, production and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Execution Support the development and optimisation of multi-touch lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, nurture, conversion, re-engagement, etc.)Own end-to-end campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including ideation, build, QA, deployment, and reporting across email, SMS, cloud pages and multi-step journeysAct as the primary Digital Experience Lifecycle contact for the brand portfolio you’ll manage, ensuring campaign plans align with brand and commercial priorities. Proactively identify opportunities for A/B testing, campaign concepts, optimisation, and overall performance uplift Subscriber Growth & Data Hygiene Collaborate with Paid Performance and Brand teams on monthly subscriber acquisition initiativesContribute to audience segmentation, engagement tracking, and consent compliance activities in CRMMaintain and improve subscriber data integrity across CRM systems Customer Experience Innovation Collaborate with the broader Digital Experience team to optimise the onward customer journey and create seamless cross-channel experiences.Contribute ideas for personalisation and journey enhancements based on customer insights and platform capabilities Performance Reporting & Insights Track and analyze campaign and journey performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement Create reporting dashboards and post-campaign analysis summaries for key stakeholders Experience And Skills Required 2-4 years in Digital Experience, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing rolesWorking knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer-centric marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration Experience working in a fast-paced, cross functional teams - ideally in a SME environment or within a platform businessFamiliarity with subscriber acquisition programs or personalisation a plus What’s In It For You?
