As the business continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join their finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate statutory compliance, reporting, and financial governance across a growing portfolio of entities. The Perks: Join a dynamic, growing organisation with a strong pipeline of projects Career development opportunities in a supportive finance team Broad exposure across compliance, reporting, and analysis $100,000 - $110,000 package Convenient Melbourne-based office location Responsibilities: Prepare and lodge FBT returns, TPAR, BAS, and support annual ASIC audit requirements Prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, develop reporting frameworks, and provide insights to management Manage accounts receivable, oversee month-end cycles, reconcile related-party and director loan balances, and maintain suspense accounts Liaise with internal teams to process related-party transactions, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance documentation Prioritise tasks, maintain professional knowledge, and provide support to the broader finance function About you: 2–4 years’ experience in business services/advisory and/or private clients Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce Strong understanding of taxation and statutory compliance requirements Solid Excel and reconciliation skills, with attention to detail CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred) Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders Proactive, organised, and able to meet strict deadlines For more information hit APPLY or send your resume directly to rhys.rubio-senior@atlaspartners.com.au
