About the Role As Senior Accountant, you’ll be hands-on with a diverse client base, managing end-to-end compliance and advisory assignments. You’ll be the go-to person for complex jobs, working closely with Partners and supporting junior staff through review and feedback. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, client interaction, and technical challenges. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing financials and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and HNWIs with complex structures Managing engagements end-to-end, liaising directly with clients, ATO, and regulators Advising on Division 7A, CGT (incl. small business concessions), trust streaming & tax planning strategies Reviewing junior/intermediate work and providing mentorship Meeting productivity and recovery KPIs while delivering client-ready outcomes What We’re Looking For CA/CPA qualified 5 years’ public practice experience in Australia Strong tax knowledge across multiple entity types Ability to produce accurate work with minimal review Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset Ambition to progress toward Supervisor/Manager level Why Join This Firm?
