About the Role Taking orders over the phone with strong ability to streamline processes for customers and clients Following up orders with customers and clients Provide product information and recommendations - Hardware experience preferred but not essential Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with care Monday to Friday position 6.30am - 2.30pm /3pm You will need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both via email, phone and in person providing excellent customer service Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) system - Essential Must be presentable due to customer interaction Experience in a hardware materials - Preferred but not essential A positive attitude and team spirit Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems If you have the required skills and believe you can add value to our client, please "Apply".
