As a Client Services Technical Coordinator, you’ll: Provide expert technical support to clients, installers, and the sales team across bathware, furniture, and lighting. Troubleshoot and diagnose product faults, guiding customers with practical solutions and advice. Manage the end-to-end warranty process including fault diagnosis, parts coordination, and technician scheduling. Collaborate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for customer inquiries and supplier claims. Support the Customer Experience team with technical insights and escalations. Assist Finance and Admin teams with credits, refunds, or sales returns related to faulty products. This position requires full-time attendance at our Waterloo HQ. You’ll have – Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations. Experience in technical support, warranty coordination, or product servicing. Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Advanced computer literacy with confidence in learning new systems.
