Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management accounting skills, financial modelling expertise and experience in client tax planning, mergers, and acquisitions. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be required to convey complex financial data in a clear and actionable way to both clients and colleagues. You will be responsible in: Management Accounting: Complete month-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of financial data. Management and Board Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and board meetings, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations. Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisionmaking and strategy. Client Tax Planning: Assist clients in tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance and optimising tax outcomes. Due Diligence Support: Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring financial information is thoroughly analysed and presented. Assistance in establishing, managing and growing the LF offshore teams in the Philippines and India. You will come to us with: Proven experience in management accounting, with a track record of completing monthend accounts and providing valuable financial insights. Strong management and board reporting skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in financial modelling, with the ability to create and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decisions. Expertise in client tax planning, with a thorough understanding of tax laws and the ability to devise strategic tax solutions. Experience supporting due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring financial data is comprehensive and accurate. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex financial data and recommendations to both internal teams and clients, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring all parties are aligned.
