Overview Head of ERP and Corporate Applications role at Transurban . Transurban is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the ERP Platform and Corporate Applications. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, balance total cost of ownership with delivered value, and partner with Finance, Technology and People & Culture. Reporting to the Group CIO. Responsibilities Lead the operational service delivery and project teams, driving all project/program aspects from planning to execution, implementation, change management and transition. Oversee the ERP Service Delivery team, providing functional and production support for the ERP platform (including Workday) and other integrated systems. Develop and implement strategies to optimize investment in ERP and Corporate Applications, reduce total cost of ownership, and capture value from the delivered platform. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and leveraging vendor roadmaps to benefit Transurban. Champion a customer-focused approach, translating business requirements into project scope with senior business stakeholders. Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to team members, promoting a high-performing and inclusive work environment. Qualifications 10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven ability to influence discussions with deep stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience in digital strategy development and leading large teams. Strong knowledge of Workday as a platform, payroll technologies, architectural experience and IT methodologies and practices. Exceptional experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
