What will you be doing? Take full ownership of client management across two key high-profile accounts. Lead client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser. Oversee strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery to ensure work is on brief, on budget, and on time. Collaborate with internal planning, creative, and buying teams to provide strategic recommendations that drive client success while maintaining operational excellence where quick turnarounds and exceptional output are essential. Proven experience as a Client Director or Account Director in a media or integrated agency. Strong background in traditional media (TV, OOH, Radio) with a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape. Exceptional client service skills, you anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and build strong relationships. Passion for producing work that drives results and elevates the client–agency partnership. International exposure is a bonus.
