They provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking. You will be working from their Sydney CBD office. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as a Salary Partner with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm\'s strategic direction. You will be off the tools and managing from the top with 4x Client managers reporting to you. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner looking for Equity Ownership in their next opportunity. Key responsibilities: Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth. Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards. Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives. Uphold and promote the firm\'s professional standards and ethics. Qualifications: CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience. Must have experience managing a team Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360 Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge. MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
