A well-established hospitality and leisure venue in Robinvale is seeking a Reception and Administration assistant to join their team full-time. This exciting role blends reception, social media, administration and customer service in a dynamic environment that includes dining, entertainment, and accommodation services. Key Responsibilities: Accommodation Bookings: Manage reservations for the establishment through direct inquiry and third-party organisations. Reception & Administration: Provide front-of-house support and general administrative assistance. Social Media Management/Marketing : Develop engaging promotional material and artwork for events and campaigns to grow online engagement and visibility. About You: Background in Administration Experience with creating rosters and scheduling Strong communication and organisational abilities. Customer-focused with reception or front-of-house experience. Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
