The Role As a KKTS Valet, you’ll support smooth day-to-day operations by checking devices, restocking supplies, and ensuring printers and multifunction machines are ready to go. It’s a straightforward, hands-on role with clear steps and team support—ideal for someone reliable, proactive, and keen to gain experience in a professional environment. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring device usage and proactively replenishing consumables Maintaining operational readiness across the full asset list Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance Supporting end users with training and first-level troubleshooting Escalating technical issues to service technicians when needed Managing inventory, placing orders, and coordinating recycling Distributing paper and toner across the facility as required Recording service activity for operational transparency Engaging with clients to deliver timely updates Daily responsibilities and service delivery are governed by a structured checklist and comprehensive operational manual, ensuring consistency and quality. Where required, staff must complete relevant inductions and compliance steps prior to commencing service. About You You’re methodical, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. You understand that great service is built on attention to detail and proactive support. You enjoy solving problems and communicating with customers with the goal of delivering the highest quality customer experiences.
