As the company is expanding, they are looking for an experienced Factory Manager as well as an Operations Manager and Production Manager to upgrade the future of this successful team. You’ll need Strong factory background with process improvement experience. Proven time as a Factory/Production Manager or similar role. Hands-on knowledge in fabricating commercial/domestic window systems. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings. Leadership skills to drive output and guide your team.
