Werribee Park Motor Inn Motel Management Team/Couple · Permanent full-time live-in position · In the vibrant gateway city of Wyndham · Close to Melbourne and Geelong · For the right couple we will negotiate an attractive salary · Contract Start date Mid November 2025 About our Motel · A proudly owned business built in 1985 by the Westwood Family · Reception opens from 8am – 8.30pm daily · Fully operational with dedicated cleaning staff in place · 24 rooms including Family and Spa rooms · A fenced pool area with easy maintenance gardens · A guest Laundry · Snack machines in reception · A 3-bedroom residence with direct access to Reception and Commercial kitchen The position · We are looking for a couple who will continue good relationships with our guests · You will be responsible for all operations, staff management and guest relations · You will report to the General Manager · You will ideally have experience in a Hotel/Motel setting however any hospitality experience will be an advantage Welcome our Guests · Our guests enjoy a friendly happy welcome with attention to their needs · An efficient check-in process procedure already exists on the RMS platform – we will train you if this system is unfamiliar · Quick and efficient responses to telephone calls, bookings and emails is essential · Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential Behind the scenes · Manage cleaning staff rosters and quality control · Manage stock, supplies and orders · Maintain pool and garden areas · Identify and plan maintenance and improvements with the General Manager If you are interested in this position, please forward your resume and other documents to werribeeparkmotorinn.com.au
