Location: LOC7010: Unit 1, Building F3-29 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe NSW 2141, Australia - KGS Purpose Support the inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory record as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies, and freight forwarders ensuring our brands reputation and values are portrayed. Movement of Goods Mange stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that arise Receipt stock in accordance with our policies and procedures Approve all packing slips for payment once stock has been reconciled Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements Process claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries Report to the Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis any issues relating to goods movements Quality Performance Expectations: Be responsible for the safe storage of product within company guidelines. Accurate forklift driving to ensure minimal product damage. Report and clean up any damages within the warehouse. Perform daily checks on operating equipment. Perform all tasks to a high standard to meet Standard Operating Procedures and processes. Maintain accurate records and reporting in accordance with government regulations Customer Service Performance Expectations: Work with Product Managers to monitor inventory levels of consumables used in the service process Be responsible for the unloading and loading of trucks. Be responsible for the unloading and loading of shipping containers. Relationship Management Performance Expectations: Liaise with other warehouse team members, production staff, maintenance staff, wider supply chain team and external logistics/transport teams to ensure an effective and efficient daily operation. Problem Solving Performance Expectations: Assist the Warehouse Manager with problem solving and maintenance fault solutions within the warehouse as required. Compliance / Risk Management Performance Expectations: Assist the Warehouse Manager to update all Risk Management Plans, Quality Plans and Environmental Plans, ISO and Health & Safety standards and procedures Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety, wellbeing and the environment whilst complying with all laws and company policies Team Work Performance Expectations: Communicate effectively with Warehouse Supervisor and Commercial Operations Manager, and production teams to ensure the long term goals and targets are met. Support companywide initiatives to improve service levels to our customers Be an active functional member of the warehouse/production team.
