What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Lead tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting. ✅ Analyse bids to ensure best value outcomes for clients. ✅ Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and cost reports. ✅ Manage project budgets and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders. ✅ Support final account negotiations and claims resolution. ✅ Produce clear cost documentation to drive timely, informed project decisions. ✅ Mentor and develop junior team members to foster growth and excellence. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment. Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects. Chartered (MRICS/AIQS) or working towards completion—full support provided.
