We are expanding our team to meet growing client demand and reduce reliance on contract staff. About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join our practice on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will provide remedial massage and related therapeutic services to clients, supporting physical rehabilitation, pain management, and overall wellbeing. We are not interested in arranging an ABN/ sub-contractor basis employment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Perform remedial, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage treatments tailored to client needs. Apply specialised techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching. Assess client conditions and maintain accurate treatment records. Liaise with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals as part of a holistic care team. Promote safe practice and uphold professional standards at all times. Skills and Experience Required Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification. Must have practical commercial work experience in therapeutic massage. Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and remedial practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic. Excellent communication, interpersonal and client care skills. Additional Requirements Must hold, or be eligible to hold, relevant professional indemnity insurance. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
