What is the role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Technology & Media team. The team works across commercial contracts, competition & consumer, cybersecurity, privacy and data, intellectual property and trademarks, technology, media, telecommunications, and emerging businesses. As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play an invaluable role in ensuring the smooth operations of this busy practice group. Each day will be diverse, with responsibilities including: Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to a team of authors; Diary management, including room bookings and catering coordination; Managing file openings and closures, including cost agreements; Monthly billing and reporting requirements; Expense and credit card reconciliation; Drafting and amending briefs and court documents; Preparing lists of documents and undertaking quasi-paralegal duties; Coordinating travel arrangements; and Maintaining the team’s client relationship management system. What are we looking for?
