About the role We are seeking a dynamic business development leader to drive participant growth and lead a motivated team. The Participant and Community Partnership Leader will combine strong NDIS expertise with business development skills to expand Greenacres’ reach and deliver exceptional participant outcomes. In this role, you will: Take ownership of participant growth targets, achieving net new participant increases annually. Lead and inspire a small team, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, and ensuring accountability Build strong referral networks with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and sector partners to generate new opportunities. Represent Greenacres at expos, forums, and community events, actively promoting our services. Ensure participants and families receive an outstanding customer experience, with clear, accurate, and timely advice. Monitor plan utilisation to reduce underspend and identify opportunities for service expansion. Conduct regular team meetings and appraisals to strengthen capability and maintain a high-performance culture. About you You are commercially savvy, target-driven, and passionate about leading teams to success. You’ll bring: Proven experience in business development, participant growth, or service expansion within NDIS, disability, or community services. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable. In-depth knowledge of the NDIS, including pricing, funding structures, and compliance requirements. A strong track record of hitting growth or revenue targets. Excellent relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders. Relevant qualification (community services, disability, business, or related field) or equivalent experience. Whay Join Us?
