About The Role As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Tech, you’ll be a driving force behind building our world-class Product & Technology teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from deeply understanding role requirements and shaping compelling job briefs, to sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional technical talent who align with ROLLER's vision and values. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your knowledge of the tech talent market to guide best practices, provide market insights, and shape strategies that attract the very best. Your expertise in both active sourcing and passive talent engagement will help us not only fill current roles but also build a pipeline of future stars. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll apply creativity in employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative sourcing approaches. You’ll collaborate with our global teams, promote our EVP to the market, and help scale a product that brings joy and happiness to millions. Location and Work Model Based in our Sydney office, this role offers a hybrid work model—three days in-office to foster collaboration and connection, with the flexibility to work from home on other days. What You’ll Do Own recruitment process for Product & Tech roles across global markets, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding. Source, engage, and assess both active and passive tech talent through diverse channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities. Provide an amazing candidate experience, communicating our mission, values and incredible culture. Partner with and coach hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices to inform hiring decisions. Develop and execute creative talent attraction strategies, building strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs. Leverage understanding of technical roles, frameworks, and market trends to identify and attract high-calibre candidates. Support EVP campaigns articulating our culture and vibe to the market. Ensure our ATS (Greenhouse) is accurate and up to date with all information and seek efficiencies.
