Overview Role: Procurement Management Consultant - Senior Consultant / Manager Firm: Grosvenor (Consultancy Australia) Location: Sydney, NSW Education: Postgraduate degree What you’ll be doing Leading and supporting end-to-end tenders (in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules) Translating complexity into clear, value-for-money advice Shaping better procurement policies, systems, and frameworks Working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to lift procurement maturity and innovation Diagnosing gaps, reviewing spend, and identifying transformation opportunities Supporting supplier engagement and smarter category strategies to unlock value and reduce risk Contributing to Grosvenor’s bold, future-focused take on procurement What you bring to the table Solid procurement experience - bonus points if you’re familiar with the CPRs Either consulting experience, or you’ve worked closely with senior stakeholders Sharp thinking, strong attention to detail, and a knack for making sense of complexity Ability to balance priorities with a cool head and good humour A team-first mindset and a hunger to keep learning Why Grosvenor?
