The Lorian Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fit-out and refurb construction company based in Brisbane. This hybrid role will work closely with the General Manager, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish. About the role: Schedule and coordinate trades, services, and internal teams to support seamless project outcomes. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and trades via phone and email to maintain effective communication. Track budgets, monitor costs, and provide accurate project financial reporting. Maintain internal systems, databases, and documentation to support project efficiency. What they're looking for: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Professional communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office, Procore highly regarded (or similar software) Previous experience within the construction or building industry will be highly regarded, preference to fit-out and refurbishment in Brisbane.
