Senior Project Manager - Brisbane IEPro has been engaged by a national organisation to assist in sourcing a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane. In this leadership role, you'll draw on your experience to manage projects throughout their lifecycle, leading a diverse team to deliver complex infrastructure outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with a range of stakeholders to ensure your project's success. Main responsibilities include: Providing project management expertise from project inception through to completion Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered safely, to the required quality, on time, and within budget Preparing and executing delivery strategies and using specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged infrastructure projects in compliance with all management obligations (e.g. environmental, legal, regulatory) Driving operational best practices across the business to support continuous improvement Leading the procurement and delivery of civil, electrical, and landscaping construction packages in line with the project program Leading, coaching, and mentoring project team members Supporting the development team with construction delivery advice and inputs About you: 8 years of experience in project management Proven background in civil and infrastructure project delivery Willingness to lead, develop, and mentor others Excellent communication skills to manage and influence stakeholder outcomes Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in procurement and contract administration Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or a related field The benefits: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Opportunity to work with a national organisation committed to supporting your career growth Access to subsidised or complimentary lifestyle, health, well-being, and financial services Brisbane-based role Interested in learning more?
