We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Greenvale on a Permanent Part Time basis. As part of our supportive team, you will provide a person-centred approach to our client, supporting them with: Personal care Community access Household tasks What we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a SIL home Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs Ability to follow strategies provided by Allied Therapists Confident in providing personal care Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs Shifts (Permanent Part Time) This is a set roster. MUST be available for all the shifts below: Week 1: Thursday 5:00pm – 9:00am (includes sleepover 10:00pm – 6:00am) Week 2: Monday 7:00am – 10:00am Wednesday 7:00am – 10:00am Saturday 7:00am – 11:30am Essential Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check VIC Working with Children Check (Employee) Valid Driver’s Licence with Comprehensive Car Insurance Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – Permanent Part-Time, Above Award Leave Entitlements) Day shift: $34.19 Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.46 Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.32 Saturday: $51.29 Sunday: $68.38 Public holiday: $85.48 Why Join Us?
