Casual Female Disability Support Worker – Greenvale We are seeking 2x compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Greenvale on a casual basis. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team that delivers a person-centred approach to our client, assisting with personal care, community access, and household tasks. What we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a SIL home Experience in mental health support Ability to follow strategies provided by Allied Therapists Confidence in providing personal care Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively Requirements (MUST have): Current First Aid Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check VIC Working with Children Check (Employee) Valid Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Why Join Us?
