The Gist: You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping people who have visited chapters to find their perfect fit. Think of yourself as a super-connector, a matchmaker, if you will! Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Call visitors and help them get hooked up with the right chapter. Track down leads and check in with new visitors. Give a friendly call to people who weren't approved for a chapter to help them explore other options. Jump in and help those who need a little extra TLC to find their chapter soulmate. Keep an eye on the visitor email inbox and send out info as needed. Log all your calls and interactions in their super-easy-to-use system, Zoho. The Deets: Pay: You'll be raking in $35 per hour (with all the good stuff that comes with being an employee). Hours: About 15 hours a week, which works out to be about three hours a day, five days a week. Can be flexible, though, depending on how busy the phones are. Where: You can work from your couch in your PJs or hang out with us at our home office. We'll give you a laptop and a phone so you're all set! When: This is an ongoing gig with no fixed end date! Just a heads up, though: January is a holiday, so no work! You'll only be working the first week of December. What You'll Be Doing (A Typical Week): Making around 60 calls to new visitors.
