The Opportunity The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s acquisition strategy and leading the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. Working closely with a talented team of marketers, analysts, and creative partners, this role will drive a 50% uplift in weekly acquisitions over the next 12 months while balancing performance-led growth with increased brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Lead the digital acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels Identify and test new growth opportunities, including programmatic, affiliates, and referral partnerships Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels Work with partnerships teams to deliver co-marketing initiatives with major brands and rewards partners Drive data-led decision-making with a focus on CAC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS Partner with data science teams to improve dashboards, attribution models, and predictive bidding Champion the adoption of AI and automation for campaign optimisation and creative testing About You The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with experience scaling acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, they will combine commercial acumen with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
