SMP Supervisor – 2:1 FIFO (Goldfields) | $80–$85/hr super | 12-hr shifts About the role ETA is partnering with a leading WA contractor to appoint experienced SMP Supervisors for an upcoming project. You’ll lead structural, mechanical and piping crews to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes on a 2:1 FIFO roster ex-Perth. What you’ll do Lead day-to-day site activities: pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, permits, toolbox talks. Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to program and quality. Interface with engineering, QA/QC and HSE; maintain progress reporting and timesheets. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures. What you’ll need Australian trade qualification (e.g., Boilermaker, Pipefitter, Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent. Section 26 or Section 44 appointment (or ability to obtain). White Card, Working at Heights & Confined Space Entry (within 2 years). National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or willing to obtain. Valid WA C-Class Driver’s Licence. Able to pass pre-employment medical incl. fitness & drug/alcohol screening. Proven SMP supervision on mining/resources projects; solid communication & basic computer skills.
