KCA Site Services are seeking hard working and friendly HRT Mechanics for ongoing work with a client who specialises in Plant and Equipment Hire. Location: Perth Rates: $60 - $65 per hour super (subject to experience) Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and break down repairs on heavy diesel equipment and machinery (Mobile Plant and/or workshop based) Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimise downtime Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Potential Field Service Work Must-Haves: Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification Valid Australian Driver’s License – Minimum HR Class Proven experience in workshop and field roles Dedication to maintaining high safety standards within the workshop Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills Unrestricted Australian working rights NO VISA HOLDERS Desirable (but not essential): High-Risk Work License – LF, WP, DG, RB, CN Air Conditioning ticket and current Refrigerant Handling License Current valid HR License Advanced electrical and hydraulic knowledge will be highly regarded Experience working with OEM equipment (Komatsu, CAT, and Hitachi) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical LV Mechanics doing a trade upgrade are welcome to apply.
