Domain Experience : ITIL , Genetec, Access controls Honeywell EBI Locker Management system – Traka Preferred Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and Configure Genetec application for Video Troubleshoot and Configure Honeywell EBI application for Access Control System and its integration with Traka – Locker Management software. Follow ITIL process such as incident management, Change management & problem management Handling the L2 issues and troubleshooting as required Support application and database upgrades Support server migrations Test, program and troubleshoot access control and digital video systems. Handling customers and technicians on respective systems. Performs configuration reviews to ensure proper functionality Work on the POCs for integrating the solutions Follow the agile methodology Flexible to work in shifts and weekends as per the requirement
