The Impact You Will Have in This Role As the Learning Content and Delivery Lead, your work will directly help tens of thousands of Australians build the digital confidence and skills they need to thrive in today’s world. By creating accessible, engaging and future-focused learning content, products and experiences, you will: Empower people who are most at risk of digital exclusion to stay connected, access essential services, and participate fully in society Strengthen the skills of digital mentors and community organisations who deliver hands-on support in local communities Bring innovation and creativity to how digital inclusion is taught, making learning fun, relevant and accessible to all Influence national conversations on digital inclusion by embedding best practice learning design and emerging technology into programs In this role, you won’t just be designing content, you’ll be shaping opportunities for people to live better, more connected lives in a rapidly changing digital world. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead the development of engaging, research-informed learning frameworks and content Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible learning experiences Produce resources across multiple formats, including webinars, videos, games, animations, online learning modules, presentations, articles and more Manage delivery of learning programs, including training and capacity-building initiatives Collaborate with internal teams, community partners and learners through co-design Champion continuous learning and the use of new and emerging technology both internally and externally Ensure continuous improvement and impact measurement of learning content Skills and Experience You are a natural educator and content creator with a passion for learning about and leveraging new and emerging technology.
