Job Description Based at our Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne, this role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day shipping activities and driving shipping performance analysis. The Shipping Analyst will: Work closely with the Supply Schedulers on a daily basis to update the fuel import requirements for Viva Energy. Lead and coordinate the vessel clearance process with key stakeholders. Monitor, track and analyse shipping performance and costs to identify opportunities for improvement. Perform demurrage analysis and negotiate claims. Review, challenge, negotiate costs and process supplier invoices. Have opportunity to provide leave cover for Supply Schedulers.
