About The Role As a General Hand with genU's Property Care team in Bentley, you will work alongside a crew of people living with disability, in completing gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping and site clean-ups for commercial customers. Based from our Maida Vale or Bentley depot, this position will work across a variety of locations in the East Metro Region. This is a permanent full time position, willing to consider as Part time or Casual rates for the right candidate. Hours of work Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm, and will pay $25.85 per hour (approx. $51,079 equivalent) based on experience, plus super and salary packaging options. Duties Include Working alongside supported employees in completing gardening and grounds work.Safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.Taking a proactive role in the safety of yourself and others.Maintaining documents such as timesheets and work orders. What You Need Great attitude towards working with people living with disability.Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physically demanding work.Someone who communicates well, has a strong work ethic and attention to detailHandy with tools, gardening or trade background beneficial, but not essential.Current valid drivers licence - LR license highly regarded We are genU.
